The idea

I wanted to create a short film that existed within a larger, established sci-fi universe while also leaning into the themes and questions that Generative AI brings to the table. Identity, replication, and the nature of originality.

Echos of the Void explores those ideas in a contained, cinematic moment.

I'm incredibly fortunate to be working with SAG actor Craig A Jackman, who delivers a powerful performance across every role. His work is being motion captured and translated into the short using AI tools, blending traditional acting with cutting-edge technology to bring this story to life.
